They’d imagined their furry friend terrorizing the clouds in a large, rusty, red truck with spikes affixed to the tires. I had fun imagining crashed pearly gates, filling his wrecked path with rubbish and some of his favorite toys and discarding a few of the truck’s emblems to go from “Dodge” to “Dog.”
