Hello!
I'm Nate. My story started in rural Northeast Ohio and continues in the city of Cleveland. Along the way, I honed my craft in illustration & design at Kent State University and worked as a graphic artist as well as a visual merchandiser in mostly retail spaces. All along my pursuit has been one of storytelling, thoughtful design, creative solutions & exploring character.
In my work experience, I’ve been focused on the customer/consumer - their experience & wants, as well as the product/brand - their story & value. In wearing a shoe of each I would find ways of conveying the brand’s story in a way that engaged the customer in the way they wanted to be - all wrapped in a memorable, well-designed visual story nuanced with my own experience & personality. I am always looking to do more of this and continue to grow & learn in the process.
